Kason and Alex came out today to replace our Rinnai hot water tank!! From no hot water this morning to a band new set up this afternoon we truly can’t thank them enough!! If we ever need a plumber for any reason we will be calling again and asking for both of them!! Great guys and a great company! Again thank you Alex and Kason!!

Alex and Kason were absolutely amazing!!! From dead in the water, literally, to absolutely brand new system in an afternoon. If I ever have a problem with my house again, I will be calling Mink for Alex and Kason. I watched Kason go up and down our stairs more times in one day than I ever have. Thanks guys!!! I have used Mink Plumbing exclusively for the past 7 years. Their plumbers are professional and well trained. They arrive when they say they will, are courteous, wear booties inside the house and take them off when they go outside, do their work thoroughly and clean up afterwards. The company worked on Sunday after the winter snow storm in 2023. They determined that not only did I have burst pipes, but a dead tankless water heater. No supply stores were opened on Sunday, but early Monday they picked up one of the last available heaters and had it installed by afternoon.
