All I can say is WOW!!! Lance is building my dream home and I could not be happier. What started off as a dream has now become reality thanks to him. He has done a great job with the design and implementation of our plans. He has gone above and beyond to help us. He has always been available to answer questions. Lance is so knowledgeable about the whole building process and different products in the marketplace. This is our first custom home and we have loved every minute of this process. If we ever build again, I would 100% use Kelley Developments!

Kelley Developments is a great source for your residential or commercial building needs in East Texas. Lance Kelley, the owner, takes a personal interest in your design plans for residential housing or commerical building. He is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgable. He is one of the only builders in East Texas that does a true engineered foundation. He will also help develop you dream plan for your home and help you put it on paper. He is very devoted to his clients and wants to make sure that they get what they want while staying in budget. He has built many beautiful homes in East Texas and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy builder.
