Derrick was precisely the agent I needed to help me find and buy my first home. He efficiently and accurately helped me to ascertain the pros and cons of properties we visited, calmed -- or confirmed -- my concerns, and patiently answered all my questions. There was no pressure to buy but he provided all the information I needed to make a decision that was right for me. He also has been very helpful with finding post-purchase services for improvements on my home. Professional, always accessible, and very pleasant to work with. I hope this is the last home I purchase, but if I decide to sell and buy again in the future, I'll be going back to Derrick.

Derrick was amazing to work with. He helped us buy our home while we were out of state. We came to visit at the beginning of the process and he spent an entire Saturday driving us around and showing us all of the different surrounding cities and neighborhoods. I’m talkin a literal 9-5 day with my family of four. I call that above and beyond service ?? forever grateful for him helping us find our dream home and being so easy to work with.
