A/C quit cooling and they had someone out the same day. The technician (Jacob) was extremely knowledgeable with HVAC systems and thoroughly explained my options. He had to grab a few parts and was very punctual and communicative through the process. They even came out to follow up a couple weeks later when I had some questions about the new parts. First off Mr Spiller is so super sweet! I called him out for a second opinion, and he should have been my first! We were told we were going to need a new unit inside and out but it turns out we did not have a leak, our compressor was fine and we just needed some Freon. Ohhh and he killed a huge snake in my back yard too!
