Also informed us of their financing options which we did...our contractor came in today 3/27/25 got our system up and running again and inspected everything else and showed me maintenance I can do myself and his recommendations. “EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our AC went out late last Friday night and we called Coy Dodd first thing Saturday morning. Eric R. was here in no time and diagnosed the problem. The capacitor (whatever that is, lol) was bad. He checked to see if the capacitor was under warranty, which thankfully it was. Not a whole lot of companies would bother to do this, and honestly we wouldn’t have known the difference. Eric was so personable and we feel like we’ve known him forever. Our dog Chili loved him! If you want an honest, reliable company that will go above and beyond to take care of their customers, this one is it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
