“EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our AC went out late last Friday night and we called Coy Dodd first thing Saturday morning. Eric R. was here in no time and diagnosed the problem. The capacitor (whatever that is, lol) was bad. He checked to see if the capacitor was under warranty, which thankfully it was. Not a whole lot of companies would bother to do this, and honestly we wouldn’t have known the difference. Eric was so personable and we feel like we’ve known him forever. Our dog Chili loved him! If you want an honest, reliable company that will go above and beyond to take care of their customers, this one is it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Once again Quality Air Conditioning came through! My next door neighbor called another service company to come yesterday to check out her 1989 Trane A/C unit in loud distress. You could tell it had something to do with the fan blades because of the loud noise it made. The technician never opened the top to look at the fan; just glanced in the side and told her she needed a new fan and motor at least a thousand dollars that could be here in 8 weeks!! Quality was coming to my house today for my semi-annual checkup. I called and asked if they could look at my neighbor’s unit. In less than 5 minutes they actually took time to take off the top of the unit and look inside. A plastic rim that was not needed was hitting against the fan.
