Yesterday I was in a lot of pain with a molar that has been giving me trouble for a couple of months. I contacted Fresh Dental & asked if I could come in that day. The receptionist told me they were booked for the whole day but she found a way to squeeze me in. I did not have to wait long at all and everyone was kind and professional. My tooth was taken care of by Dr. Ho. He was very thorough and his assistant was too. I highly recommend Fresh Dental.
Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt safe and cared for while I was there. I received fair and honest estimates for the treatment needed with explanations and recommended order and priority of treatment.
I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr.Kim took my broken tooth out all in one piece!
Fresh Dental is very clean and modern. I know they autoclaved all their instruments because I saw them set up the tray for the dr.The assistants are so nice and very professional. They really know how to do their jobs.Dr.Kim is a very competent and caring dentist! . He takes time to tell you what he is going to do to your teeth before he starts working. I’ve had quite a few teeth extracted, but Dr.Kim is the only dentist I’ve ever had that pulled a tooth without causing me pain. I will continue to be a client at Fresh Dental!
