Rob did my gutters and was fast, kind, fair, and a GREAT price. I expected the repair to cost way more. He even went above and beyond to do more than we asked!

First, Rob is not the typical roofer. That's a good thing. He isn't a salesman. When he came by my house to give an estimate for repairing a storm damaged roof, he didn't give me any type of sales pitch. He assessed the damage and said that the insurance company actually rounded up for the number of shingles that would be needed. He is very down to earth and straight forward. The quality of the finished product by his lead guy has held up under the scrutiny of the heavy rains of May and June. While everything didn't go exactly as planned, he got the roof repaired and for exactly what he quoted. I had another roofer that argued with me on more than one occasion, and also blamed me for their lack of ability to get work completed. It took 2 months for them to complete the work. Unlike my previous choice, Rob owned his misstep, and got the work completed. Things happen outside our control, the difference is in how we handle those obstacles. Rob remained professional and responsible. That's the difference between Evergreen and the giant, undeservedly praised, company that originally replaced my roof. Highly recommended! P.S. The owner doesn't drive an $80,000 truck to provide estimates. That goes to the pragmatism of Rob's approach to business. Evergreen is the exception, rather than the rule, in roofing.
