My 10 month old son and I had our first new patient appointment/adjustments with Dr. Nannen today, and I was so impressed from start to finish! Leah at the front desk was very welcoming, and their new space was really inviting. There was a room with toys for my son to play in while I finished filling out our paperwork, and Dr. Nannen met us in there to introduce himself and was so friendly right from the start! The way he interacted with my son during his pediatric adjustment was professional but warm - I could tell he’s a dad himself because of the way he spoke to and handled my baby. I felt confident that my son was in good hands, and he was so comfortable with Dr. Nannen as well! During my appointment and adjustment, Dr. Nannen took the time to get to know me/us and our lifestyle and any concerns I had, and I felt listened to and not rushed at all. The adjustment itself was great and Dr. Nannen took the time to explain everything he was doing as it happened and answered any questions I had. We left feeling so relieved to have had such a great first experience, and I am really looking forward to our next adjustment at Essential Living Chiropractic!
