Jim and his staff are the most professional and courteous folks I have ever met! I have been having Jim do my taxes for my business and personal for almost 20 years - now my 2 sons get theirs done there too - and he is always honest and takes time to explain things. They do stay super busy, because they are in high demand for doing things right, so schedule way ahead! Trustworthy, honest, professional and very friendly....can't get better! Made my appt, the secretary is so on top of things and communicative, when I asked questions and needed guidance on finding help with my taxes and how to come into the office prepared, she provided information to make sure I was prepared for my visit, which made it seamless during appointment, Samuel T. Kriebel did my taxes at Jim’s and is very versed in breaking things down for me to understand, also, so personable and easy to talk to, thank you all at EIT for making such a stressful year seamless. I will 100% be here every year.

Our company works with James and Mary Ann, they both are extremely professional and very patience. As a new business owner, I am believer that you should always know your numbers, if you don't know your numbers, you don't know your business. They take care of all my questions without making me feel d**** and I love that.
