They are the BEST in Tyler!!!
1st visit was to get a tooth pulled, i can say ive NEVER had a better experience anywhere else.
Dentist is very careful with numbing, didnt even feel a single drop of pain… They are very nice and kind, ALSO took care of our teeth when we needed it and didnt have the money upfront.
We will be going for all of our visits.

The dental hygienist makes you feel comfortable and eases any anxieties you may have. Very calming environment. One of my children has a cavity, and I appreciate that they offer solutions to manage the decay until the tooth naturally falls out. I love that they prioritize addressing root causes rather than jumping straight to drilling. They also took care of my son’s tongue tie, and they did an incredible job—truly 10/10! “I would like to say that Dr. Douglas was absolutely AMAZING! However, Some of the staff not so pleasant! Customer service etiquette is very essential when working in such profession! It doesn’t matter what the circumstances are your words should be chosen carefully when communicating with patient. You NEVER tell a patient or customer what they NEED to do when it comes to an issue they are having. Working in customer service arena for the government over 25 years I have always approached and communicated as if the customer was right rather they were wrong or not! When you lose patients you lose money. Unnecessary deformation for the wonderful doctors is so unfair due to rude customer/patient service. If you can stand the rudeness then Dr Douglas is the BEST!“

“Dr. Williams and his staff are awesome! I drive almost two hours to see him as my dentist. Yes he is that good. I have had root canals and crowns done by him. Exceptional work at an affordable price! He takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done.His staff is also amazing. Always pleasant and helpful when it comes to the insurance. “The hygienist was great , told me just what to expect and very gentle. But was a little upset at check out. Found out I had a credit from April which I was never notified. I had to pay my half before procedure and now I have a large credit but never refunded in 6 months“
