Went in for a battery replacement under warranty and my service advisor, Mariela Hernandez, was awesome. There was a discrepancy between 50 and 25% prorated balance since the battery was right on the mark between being 48 and 49 months old, so I probably gave them more trouble than they needed, and turned out to be just over the 48 month mark anyways. But because of the trouble, they offered to waive the labor and have a service technician help me replace the battery outside. I wish I remembered his name, but super cool guy and very grateful since he didn't have to do that. Service has always been good at this location and will continue to come back.
I always order my parts from this part store and the gentlemen attending the parts department are always very nice and helpful, they are super attentive, understand what you are talking about , super helpful, knowledgeable. It is very pleasant to talk to them . Keep up the great work guys and the awesome attitude..
Parts/ service area at classic toyota car dealership provided great customer service. Very helpful, listening to my needs... felt takin car of even though my part need was minimal I did not feel undervalued. Staff member Shawn was amazing despite getting busy and needing to multitask....should start a customer service training program.
