I give 4 stars only because of the negative experience I had over the phone with the lady who scheduled my appointment. Other wise five stars would go toward Fuquay, who is the only practitioner that understands my personal ailments and diagnosis. I don’t appreciate the illusion of being called a liar about multiple cancellations when I shared that another lady cancelled and scheduled different dates while we were planning the best date for me over the phone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.i

I have an artificial heart valve and I have been advised by the lab staff here about my wafarin for many years. They do a great job. Alyssa Proctor is very knowledgeable, professional and polite. She's a pleasure to talk to and very patient even with confused old men like myself sometimes. Thanks Alyssa.
