Dr. Glen Sorrentino , other doctors and other staff on my care team are friendly and seem to actually. Always explain their diagnsis in plain language. Would recoommend him as PArimary care doctor or one of his fellow doctors in same building.
Visited Dr. Walraven today trying to establish a new physician. She was very knowledgeable & explained everything where I could understand it. She spent time with me & addressed all of my concerns. The staff was very friendly too. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.
I give 4 stars only because of the negative experience I had over the phone with the lady who scheduled my appointment. Other wise five stars would go toward Fuquay, who is the only practitioner that understands my personal ailments and diagnosis. I don’t appreciate the illusion of being called a liar about multiple cancellations when I shared that another lady cancelled and scheduled different dates while we were planning the best date for me over the phone. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.i
