Worst people this location on S. Broadway 11-18-24 approx 4pm answering phones and setting appointments. I fell down stairs messed up my previously broke ankle and my knee and rotator cuff in shoulder asked set appointment Doctor said closest appointment 3 Weeks away I asked see any actual doctor closer and they straight up refused like just fell stairs pretty sure rotator messed up (I was medical xr-therapists while back know A&P) and messed up previous broke ankle in lotta pain and your refusing get me sooner doctor appointment saying want me see same doctor when 3 WEEKS away? One star only because 0 isn’t available. Just relocated back to ET in March. Called to get appointment to establish care and get prescriptions written for meds I have been on for years. NP Karki puts the meds I need the most into MyChart as can’t be refilled through MyChart. At visit, 4.26.2024, I told her I was running low on HRT patches and even discussed oral vs patch. Explained I have anxiety from my husband’s sudden death and asked for something except Prozac. What does she prescribe? Yep, you guessed it..Prozac. I told her I’m not taking it. My daughter had an obvious ear infections and after calling her doctor and every single dr on staff didn’t have a single opening for 8 days and instead of squeezing us in no matter the time or day on our end they turned my daughter away. What could have been a short 20 minute appointment they turned a child who already sees a dr there away.
