There are no solicitation signs all over my property including no trespassing signs as well. One of their reps broke the law by trespassing and put a flyer on my door. My family and I have got a hold of a lawyer in Dallas County that is taking on this case. If anyone else is having similar issues please reach out and I will share my lawyer information. Here in Texas, we uphold the law and enforce the law. An extra 40-50k is a nice punishment for breaking laws of the sort especially with the world the way it is. People need to respect our homesteads instead of doing what they want.

Mobile home I purchased from him has fell apart from the minute it was out together till now AND just Sept was a year of it being on property!!! Began with the leveling of the house the house is not and has not been level multiple calls you get told call this person call that person whole each one of them tell you they don't take care of that !!! Linoleum in kitchen and living room is bubbling up like your walking on pillows as my children say, doors have fell off hinges Cabinets doors have fell off trim in several places have fell off this has been and continues to be a nightmare .... Yes he does what he can to get you approved but that's about it !!!

Martin Olson is THE BEST! He made us feel so comfortable and was there for us through the entire process! We felt like we were his only customer even though we certainly were not! I went to him after leaving another place (not local btw) that made me feel like I had no options and had to make a decision right then!
