I have been working for over 50 years. I have never worked for a company that has such incompetent payroll staff. The blame is always someone else's fault. Payroll deals with the time turned in and issuing the checks. I have done payroll to know. It is sad they are messing with people's pay that we need. I for one will be checking into other agencies.

Unable to receive correct pay for the hours worked, Must sign in on app to clock in and out, as well as texting in your hours after daily shift and they still can't seem to pay the correct amount, also calling the "timekeeping hotline" only to hear a lengthy message directing you on your next attempt to get your hours reported. Their new system doesn't work well with android cell phones, for months I called the "hotline" to leave my time, once the issue with their app was corrected, not once did anyone call or text me to say the problem was corrected and that I should use the app at this point. My time hours aren't much, but the effort to get to work is still the same and I'd like to get paid the correct about without going through a maze to get it!!! Do better!

I have been waiting on a check since January 10th and here it is another week time to get paid again but what gets me is you can't talk to the owner are the assistant and they don't return your call hate to switch up jobs but it's time and I hate to cause I been having my client for 11yrs he followed me from another company
