Very helpful, friendly and priced competitively. I didn't need delivery and met the owner to load onto/into my truck. While I had called the day before and gotten a recommendation and price for one type of Bermuda the next day whenever I called to order & pickup they were out and only had the more expensive one. But I needed a pallet of the grass now and already had everything prepped. They don't accept checks which was a bit of a surprise whenever I went to pay since I was warned they had a credit card surcharge. Luckily I had the cash on me but it was a fluke for me.

I had reserved 2 pallets of grass for pickup a couple weeks ago. They tried to call me the day before to let me know they wouldn’t be ready from the farm where grass is grown due to rain. However, they called the the wrong phone number by one digit because of handwriting error. I still showed up (I live an hour away) and left empty but was told they would sell me the grass at their cost because of the error. I will continue to do business with them as it’s nice to see a business own a mistake and take care of the customer. Thank you A3 Grass and Stone!
