D&S had decent reviews, so I decided to give them a call.The technician was friendly and professional on the phone and was able to book a next-day appointment with me. He even got there early. The morning he arrived was wet and muddy, and he stopped to put covers on his work shoes before entering my place - something I hadn't even thought of.He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the dryer and get it fixed. I think it took about an hour. He even used a shop vac to suck out a huge chunk of lint that had become lodged in the dryer and recommended a better vent for me.The cost came to just under $200 for the labor and part, which I found fair and reasonable. He told me there's a 90-day warranty on his labor and a 1-year warranty on the part, which I appreciated.I would definitely recommend D&S for any appliance repairs you may need, and I'll most likely call again if something goes wrong with any other appliance.“
