Trophy Club Family Medicine

I was shocked to see these reviews on this practice. Trophy Club Family Medicine has been my family's primary care physicians for over 10 years. These health providers are professional, caring, responsive, timely and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had an issue with them. If there was ever a concern, it was handed immediately. Dr. Addy and Dr. Yi have both attended/treated our family (Mother, Father in Law, Daughter, 2 sons, Husband and myself) with knowledge, patience and kindness. I have also referred other family and friends without a second thought!

I'll start with the pros: I love my doctor. I have been going to her for 12 years now. She always makes me feel very comfortable and as if she's taking my symptoms seriously. I also love my nurse practitioner. She always lets me know I can call her line if I have any questions that need immediate attention.Now the cons: front desk personnel could be friendlier. There are several that are very nice and several that are not very kind. However, I have empathy for them having to deal with sick/panicking patients all day. I've been there and I understand. They could all stand for some retraining.

I have been a patient of this office, and Carol Addy, for the past 20 years after I transferred here for my company. I was previously working in Mexico with the same company. I have had nothing but exceptional service from this office and she always goes out of the way to make sure you get great service and follow up. I am now retired but I continue to use Trophy Club medical services even though I have to drive more miles to reach their office.
