A new class, Energizing Yoga, combines yoga and Pilates for a unique and challenging experience.

I have recently traveled around the country and practiced Yoga at some local studios. I was only able to do this because of the confidence given me by the wonderful instructors at Saha, my home studio. They are so good and giving at what they do. It is a wonderful studio and experience. Do I have a favorite teacher? That's hard! They are all very good. Thanks
The Tuesday & Thursdays new class Energizing Yoga - lates with Jacobb is AMAZING! Just what I need! It combines Yoga and Pilates with a balance of heat and flow! It’s perfect for anyone who loves the movement of a yoga flow class but wants that added core love that Pilates offers! Highly recommend trying it out - he gives such a balance of modifications that anyone can do it! Can’t wait to take it again!
