Where do I even begin… I cannot say enough good things about Dr Roof and his staff. I’ve been wearing glasses since the third grade, I’m 35 now. I’ve never, not once, gone out of an eye doctor’s office with more confidence in my mind that I will be able to see better. Something has always felt off about my vision and Dr. Roof had the experience and patience to figure it out and work to treat it! He knows his stuff!!! I told my boyfriend to go see him to update his eyeglasses prescription and he’s says it’s the best it’s ever been! The office ladies are the awesome, their patience and integrity is unmatched.
This is the best optometrist facility I have ever been to. Dr Bryan Roof is very kind, knowledgeable and experienced. He was very patient and took his time to answer all my questions and concerns. He was not rushing thru the appointment like all the other places. The most important he showed us solutions I was searching for a long time.
I went to this optician looking to fix the frame of my glasses. The attention was excellent, they explained to me the risks of doing the work and the damage that the glasses had. I authorized the repair and they proceeded immediately to straighten them, they were perfect as new and when I asked, how much did I have to pay? They told me nothing. I clarify, I am not a client of this optician. But they won one. Thank you very much.
