I was a long time customer of this business long before they moved to current location at 249/Northpointe. While the clothes are clean, the staff need come serious service training, the young lady that processes your transaction is almost ALWAYS on her phone while taking care of customers. Also, on multiple occasions I was at the store during posted business hours only to find them closed, the employee/owner showed up 25 minutes after posted opening time.This place dry cleans clothes well, but the young lady that works the counter is rude.For a better experience, try Classic Cleaners down road a bit.
Unfortunately you have lost my business. I’m scheduled to catch a flight in one hour. I had my schedule down to the T. On my way out to the airport I would pull in and grab my dry cleaning because you close at seven. However upon my arrival (5:50 pm.) You’re locked up tight and no one is there!
