This pumpkin patch was the absolute cutest and they were so kind to let us utilize their cute space for our NCL meeting.
So I am not really into writing too many reviews of much of anything anymore but I just had to for RoseHill Palms and Sal and for so many reasons! What I can emphatically say, is PLEASE go try this place and BUY from this small business. But not just because they are a local small business, but because they are great people and that really is the best combination isn’t it? Here’s my story . . . my son and I wanted to build a fire pit together. I really know nothing about it and you know, he’s 10, so we we’re on our own. I actually put him in charge of creating it and designing it since he has a much better eye for that than I do. So we spent the morning digging and creating the pit in the yard. Our shade was gone and wouldn’t be back for 2 hours so we decided it was time to buy the stones. Me being an ignorant city boy solely thought of Lowe’s and off we went. However, in driving towards Lowe’s, we happened to pass by Rosehill Palms and we saw both rocks and firewood! We said, why not give them a try! To be honest, the place looks at first to mainly sell like Palm trees and Yaupons, which, they definitely have plenty of those, but come to find out they have a ton more, like way more so please check out everything they have. We walk inside with the stone we want and wait for Sal, the manager. He comes out smiling and asking us how he can help. We show him the stone we want he asks how many we want. I told him we have no clue, since, I have never in my life bought rocks. He said they sell them by like cubic foot and I told him we are doing a father son project and we are good with whatever price he tells us. So he tells us to go by the rocks and he will come out. So my son and I kind of recreated the fire pit right there on their ground so we could get a good idea of how many rocks we wanted. Sal comes out and says, you know what, for a father and son project, just take as many rocks as you need, they are all yours! I’m like no way?!? He just joked that I would have to load them though! Funny, thing, he didn’t even make us do that long as one of his workers came over and helped us load the rocks and the firewood! What can I say?!? Except thanks! I still have no clue how much rocks cost, but I can say that conducting business this way is worth millions! No doubt, I hope others stop by here and give them actual business and you can guarantee I will in the future as well!
