Greg checked ac system. He found that previous seasonal maintenance had not included cleaning exterior coils and fins. He cleaned the unit with water hose, rechecked pressure and temperatures. A/C has been working normally. Greg has been to my house at least twice; he has done a great job for me.

Jared will be the only service tech that will come to my house for A/C and Heating services. He’s awesome. He went the extra mile and stayed involved until my problems were fixed.

Our 1.5 ton air handler system developed a leak in the evaporator coil. None of the HVAC suppliers had an exact replacement coil for our system. I spoke with Reid about my options. He stated that even if we could find a replacement coil it would only be warrantied for one (1) year. However, if we replaced the entire air handler we would have a five (5) year factory warranty (parts and labor) should it fail.
Jerad topped off our system with refrigerant to keep us in cool air while we waited for the new system to arrive from manufacturer's supply company. That took about a week. Reid's kept me informed and once the system had... read full review
