Just had alarm service installed and it was a 10/10 experience from the initial phone call to finalizing the installation. Extremely professional, personable and a company built on values, with a customer-service focus. Competitive pricing with nice perks, as well. Very satisfied!
My husband gave a quick call the other day about a problem we experienced with our alarm system. His call was routed directly to an owner and they investigated right away. They sent out a technician promptly and he quickly fixed the problem.
