We love Northpointe Animal Hospital. They are knowledgeable and so caring. I love that they text for follow-up. And it’s not just automated messages - they personally respond back to your questions or comments. We’ve been taking our dog there for over 11 years! I highly recommend them. We especially love Dr Crider !

My family and I have been bringing our pets here for over a decade and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. The staff here are kind, considerate, and they provide expert care. I had to put my cat down last week completely unexpectedly (I thought he was a lot younger than he was because I rescued him off the street a couple y/a) and they sent me his paw print in ink and letter signed by everyone that works there. They went above and beyond my expectations and I really appreciate that.

We had a wonderful experience at this animal hospital. The staff was kind, patient, and truly cared about our pet. The veterinarian took time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of our questions were answered. From check-in to check-out, we felt welcomed and reassured. It’s clear they genuinely love animals, and that means everything to us. Highly recommend!
