“Bought 4 or 5 carburetors and two blades here for my Honda lawn mower since I started coming here in 2022 . Lady is really nice. Counter people can only provide parts if you know who made them. They are often not mechanically knowledgeable. Two times i needed help really badly however, i found the staff unwilling or unable to help: 1. bent my blade and the guy insisted on knowing who manufactured the body of my Honda lawn mower (apparently Honda only makes the engine) - couldn't we just measure the length of the existing blade (and i had purchased here before without issue)?; 2. unable to assist me with replacing the carburetor on my 2021 Home Depot generator during 2023 power outage - again counter guy insisted that i know which manufacturer makes carburetor (i provided name on generator) - a two hour hold with generator manufacturer yielded that i just needed to rub off the syrup like ethanol residue from the needle valve and it ran like a scalded ape. Good to have better trained counter guys. They do not know how these things work.“
