@kroger in Tomball is the worst grocery store I’ve ever experienced in my life, manager was rude and don’t care about a customer, I merely tried to return a couple toys I had bought from this location, to be told I could not return and it’s my problem, and this is after being accused of stealing the toys that I clearly walked in with. Tried to do a complaint thinking no way a head manager would show a customer no kind of curiosity but I was wrong and he showed he had no fs to give about a customer. Be careful people luckily I’m a bit wiser in my old age because I would have went to jail as a young man after that total disrespect from Kroger.
