I love this place! I come every two weeks to see Cindy. She does an amazing job, takes her time, and is very professional. And I always leave a happy customer. Thank you Cindy for all you do!! I’ll see you this weekend! ??

I came for a fill my nails was a box tip rounded edges ,the nail technician shaved so much of my nail that some look round and still look like a box the nail technician put so much nail polish that it starting peeling off. I will not go back here not worth the money I spent to get them done

I’ve tried to give them MULTIPLE chances and they ALWAYS fail me. I paid $155 for a horrible experience. My nails were $65 which i don’t mind paying and I’m ALWAYS generous w tips. BUT this last time was it for me. Besides the fact that they never have colors options. The nail tech doing my nails tried talking me out of these nails because “it’s too much, simple is better.” If you don’t know how to recreate these that’s all that had to be said. The shape, horrible! They didn’t know the technique to create the nail by the middle finger as you can see, we did rhinestones instead. The rhinestones on one nail doesn’t match the other hand. Some of my nails don’t have clear coat. And some nails are crooked. I’m never THAT customer to complain but in this case, i will because i paid a lot of money for such a pooooor job. And let’s talk about the customer service when i went to complain, SUPER RUDE!! Denied to return my money, “i don’t have to give you your money back” is what they kept saying and when i asked for the manager they said “he’s not here so come back later.”
