“We recently purchased a home in the Spring, TX area. The inspection report mentioned possible issues with cooling. I created a "project request" on yelp and Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heat were the first to respond. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner, so I gave them a call and they setup a same-day appointment to have my HVAC system checked out. After checking things out, I get a call to go over the issues (not yet moved in). I'm really happy that I went with this company. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and explained what was going on. They were completely honest, and it turned out that the AC was functioning. He did explain a few things that were not done correctly and were of utmost importance to have fixed. He made the repairs, explained what was done, and sent pictures of everything. I will definitely be going with Tom's Quality Comfort Air & Heating for future maintenance and repairs. Quality, honesty, and efficiency is hard to find nowadays.
