Talked to Kevin, the owner, about my issue. He identified it immediately and said he would order the part and let me know when he had it in his hand. Called yesterday and we scheduled his representative this morning around 9:00. Service man, James, came out and was extremely polite and did an excellent job and was so courteous. Another small business that knows about and practices integrity, honesty and customer service. Thank you Kevin and James. Small business, the heartbeat of America ??????Give them a call. We have used Edmond's Rooter-Man Plumbers numerous times over the years and at least 3 times in 2022 for various plumbing issues. We have always been satisfied by their work, timeliness, and courtliness.

My experience with Rooter man plumbing was the best of any plumbing company I have had in the past. The lady booking my service was extremely nice and helpful. My service man, James showed up on time and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing needs. I will be a returning customer for sure. Thank you!
