Excellent customer service!!! My contracted service company completed ignored my calls during hurricane Beryl. Mico Environmental Solutions responded to my message immediately and were able to service my generator. My next generator will be purchased through this amazing company. During Christmas week, 2023, our community was without electricity. We had a portable Duramax generator, it worked as advertised, but it didn't have enough power to service our home. So, we bit the bullet and decided to go with a home generator. We decided on Generac, they had a generator with more than enough power for our needs. And, they offer a 10 year warranty. Our neighbor referred us to Mico Environmental Solutions. We contacted them and they came out the next day. David Collins, was our contact. I came into town to deal with family property. We had a faulty outlet and ceiling fan that previous contractors failed to fix, in multiple visits. David the electrician was able to complete the job in a half a day, with a great price and a pleasant demeanor. I’d recommend him again.
