Our Century Air installed Lennox system currently does not produce heated air. It is two years old. We have contacted Century Air four times over the last 5 days, during work hours and after hours. After hours, only voice mail, messages left recieve no response. Contact during work hours, requesting service call,receives no return calls from service personnel. This house is cold. Last Sunday I called them in the late afternoon when my AC was down, they responded within the hour and I found that my 11 year old system had the compressor seized up. Phat the owner explained everything to me explicitly and gave me excellent pricing on a new more efficient system that was well in our budget. I can’t thank them enough for their promptness and making a terrible situation bearable! I highly recommend them!!!!Services: HVAC repair

Very friendly, quick work, awesome customer service, on time, great prices! I really cant recommend this company enough!! They do a fantastic job!! If you use them, let them know Nicole Herring recommended them so they know how much I appreciate a nice, humble group they have!!
