Was very pleased with Adavanced. Talked with the owner, Steve, who communicated promptly whenever I had questions. Robert was the technician who performed the treatment. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, called me with updates during the treatment and again when it was complete. This is our second company to use because the first was not able to get rid of the bugs. I wish I had found them first.Service: Bed bug extermination

Very professional and discrete! I never post reviews, but they did a great job, and those horrible bugs are gone. I hope the bugs never, ever, return, but I am relieved that we have a 2 year warranty, just in case.FYI: Do not go the pesticide route for these bugs. We tried it and it did not work. They migrated from one room to another and it costly.
