Vance did a stellar job, is extremely knowledgeable, tells you the truth so you can understand what's going on and is truly a honest, hardworking young man. I would give him five more stars if I could. He was the second plumber to come out but he was the first to be honest with me. Most people just try to get as much money from you as they can.
