It is very hard to find reputable people in business today but I must say Vance, is extremely reputable. He came out here and cleaned my sewer out at a fair price. Vance did a stellar job, is extremely knowledgeable, tells you the truth so you can understand what's going on and is truly a honest, hardworking young man. I would give him five more stars if I could. He was the second plumber to come out but he was the first to be honest with me. Most people just try to get as much money from you as they can. However, if you're looking for an honest, knowledgeable, reliable plumber who goes above and beyond you found them because, Vance, is your man. Thanks Vance for being such a great plumber and human. I highly, highly recommend!!!

I called On point leak detection Plumbing Services because no one was available near my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. This business is located 45 minutes from my home so I was worried that he would not be interested in such a small job. He was more than willing to come and make the repairs that we needed. He was on time, his price was exactly as stated, and he did an excellent job. I do not trust repair personnel, I tolerate them because I've run across way too many dishonest ones. This service is absolutely perfection. I called to explain my problem and see when the earliest I could have someone come out. He was very responsive and said he would be there the next day. He quoted me a price based on the information I gave him. He stuck to that price. I would hire this company over and over. If you want an honest repairman that you can truly trust. Use this service.
