Alex is praised for her patience, skill, and ability to help clients achieve their desired hair goals, even with challenging hair. Emma is also described as wonderful, knowledgeable, and able to listen to clients' needs and create a plan to reach their hair goals. The salon provides a delightful experience, with the assistant Oriana also receiving positive comments.
Megan knew exactly what I wanted the minute I walked in the salon delivered like the professional she is. My hair is healthy and the style dropped at least 10 years from my appearance. Thank you to Waves for such an excellent experience.

I absolutely loved having my hair cut by Megan today. It’s been a while since I’ve had my haircut and even longer since I’ve had a GOOD haircut, so I was nervous to try another stylist. But she sat down and talked to me, and THEN looked at my hair and made some suggestions based on my lifestyle and lack of skill level for doing hair. Her suggestions were probably right, but I was hesitant and she respected that and didn’t push. I still ended up with a beautiful haircut that gives me the look I wanted but also works perfectly for my lifestyle.
