What a scam!!! These idiots have sent me to collections because they sent my bills to my old address in an entirely different city than my service address. The only way they would have even had the old address is because it was the address that matched my credit card at the time I made my first payment. I NEVER REQUESTED THAT ADDRESS TO BE THE ADDRESS THAT BILLS WERE SENT TO!!!! I don't live there!!! Now they have sent my account to collections, did a "grab and take" of my bins from under my carport and are charging me exorbitant collection fees, reinstatement fees and redelivery fees. This is hands down, the most trashy business ever. NO PUN INTENDED!!!!

Absolutely piss poor service. Your garbage can has a bit too much in it, so they don't pick it up? So now next week i have twice as much! So i load my neighbors bins and they don't pick theirs up! So bad. So so so so so so bad! The truck will absolutely pick up a garbage can that is slightly overloaded. I’ve seen them do it 100 times before but then some obstinate jerk gets out of his truck and spends 10 minutes filling in a form and tying it to your garbage can, instead of simply pressing the button to pick it up and dump it in his truck. If you are looking for the lowest quality of customer service ..over taking, condescending, you at the right place. Purchased a new home built from ground up. Didn’t know I was suppose to get a new container until a family member bought a house with the same builder. When I called and asked about it. I was told I should have asked. I was like how was I suppose to know to ask… I just excepted what they delivered… Not one rep tried to see what could be done it was all slick at the mouth, over talking and rushing to get me off the call ! Supervisor never returned my call. You can in always tell the jobs that have no repercussion for poor customer service. Wrong review!...read full review
