This was a telemetry visit. Frank, the scheduler was very helpful in getting me scheduled with the first available provider.
Dr. Mohammad Samor presented a very caring demeanor. The discussions and recommendations were relative to my concerns.
I went in to try a new primary care Dr. The office staff and nurse were very cordial. Dr. Alexander was also nice. She was thorough. The only thing that kind of made me uncomfortable was that she kept looking at her watch. Otherwise I had a very good experience. Thank you, Dr. Alexander!
Dr. Senan , the Nurse-Amanda, and staff were the BEST, and so sincerely willing to go "that extra mile" ❤ to accommodate me . . . I was, initially,, to have blood work for my upcoming annual and a post check up for my prior five weeks admittance in the hospital for Lower Lobe Pneumonia. Dr. Senan exhibited ? patience, kindness, and genuine compassion for my concerns, while prompting a mutual resolve that put my anxiety to ease . . . The receptionist and Staff displayed Professionalism=A+++++, while assisting me in providing information to be included in my record and scheduling future appointments.
