“Highly recommend!! The people here were fantastic and worked with me to get a piece of glitter or metal out of my two-year-old’s eye. Not an easy task! Our regular pediatrician couldn’t even see it in her eye and getting into an ophthalmologist through the normal scheduling process would have taken months. Literally months! At Texas children’s urgent care we got it taken care of in one day. We started at the urgent care and had it checked out by one of their docs, then they had someone walk us upstairs to the ophthalmologist where they so generously fit us in and so expertly found and removed the foreign object. Then the same nice lady walked us back downstairs to urgent care where we finished up taking care of details. Everyone was also so great at coaching my little girl through what could have been a traumatic experience. Last night, after having it removed, we had our first night of good sleep since she got this thing in her eye, and you know I’m feeling grateful and going to tell all my friends!“

I was greeted with warm smiles and a feeling of genuine concern.Once the paperwork was completed I was met by ms Lori. After taking a brief look at my foot she went into action. “I actually went to this office by mistake to see a physician who was affiliated with, but did not practice at this location. Instead of sending me away with a “wrong address,” they offered to help me and were able to quickly find the office where I needed to go. I would not have found it without their care. Many times I read about the poor service provided by physician office staff. I am happy to report that these friendly folks will go above and beyond to help out and make sure patients are cared for. Thanks to the very kind people who helped me!“

“I don't know how but there is minimal to no wait time every time I go in. Not only that they are fast and efficient with the processing. If you us HEB Pharmacy it's a slam dunk. In and out and off with your meds in about an hour.“
