Came here earlier today and I loved it !!! Dani was so helpful and knowledgeable! She helped me find everything I needed and also recommended a few new things and of course I got them all ! Highly recommend asking for her if you come in!
I have only been to this store once before. I had some make up that I had used for many years and the color had bee’s discontinued. I was shopping for new make up and color. The lady who helped me was very helpful took her time to help me match the correct color. So now that makeup has been discontinued so I went back to the store to get help again. I stood there waiting for help looking around trying to figure out the color. There was like four ladies just talking away visiting and laughing so I left that counter went to the back to look at some other products I was after. This is an opposite type of review than what I currently see. During my most recent visit, I could not get even five minutes to shop in peace without being approached with a sales pitch. Everyone was very hospitable but the majority of interactions felt like high pressure sales and it is hard to trust recommendations that feel more like a sales pitch from a brand ambassador versus an ulta consultant who is well versed on a wide range of products
