I send out my heavy duty type laundry weekly. My washer and dryer doesn't clean it as well as I’d like. I’ve been very happy with the service. David is the concierge that picks up and drops off my laundry. He’s friendly and professional. It has been well worth the cost to have thoroughly clean laundry and the convenience of only sitting the bag at my front door on service days.

They notify me when they are going to be in the area so I can have them pick up the laundry. Then they bring it back nicely cleaned and pressed. Drivers always courteous and polite. Best thing, I don’t have to spend my time driving to drop off and pick up. Can’t beat the service!

I had a last minute situation and needed a suit cleaned immediately for to a emergency function that we had to attend and Tammy, from Tide cleaners Grogans Mill in The Woodlands, Texas, absolutely saved me by getting it done for me in 24 hours on a Friday which they normally don’t take at noon and had it ready by noon Saturday! Will definitely be using them on the regular and appreciate them accommodating us for our last minute need for a clean suit!
