WARNING!!! Unfortunately, Craig doesn't understand the basics of carpentry or fence building 101. He doesn't finish what he starts. 1.) We agreed on treated posts, rails and rot board on written quote. However, treated wood for fence isn't what we received. 2.) Initially, posts weren't aligned with one another. Fence posts remain unaligned in some places. 3.) Some posts weren't installed deep enough in ground or weren't cemented in ground. Gate posts are loose and wobbly-gate latches don't connect and stay latched. 4.) Rot boards & rails aren't properly cut to length and fastened at posts. 5.) If I could give them a negative score I would. Made an appt online several weeks ago. They sent an email confirmation and a reminder on the day of the appointment. I was home all day and no one showed.

If they can’t make an appt for an estimate, what kind of work and customer service do you think they’d do?
