“Highly recommend!! The people here were fantastic and worked with me to get a piece of glitter or metal out of my two-year-old’s eye. Not an easy task! Our regular pediatrician couldn’t even see it in her eye and getting into an ophthalmologist through the normal scheduling process would have taken months. Literally months! At Texas children’s urgent care we got it taken care of in one day. We started at the urgent care and had it checked out by one of their docs, then they had someone walk us upstairs to the ophthalmologist where they so generously fit us in and so expertly found and removed the foreign object. Then the same nice lady walked us back downstairs to urgent care where we finished up taking care of details. Everyone was also so great at coaching my little girl through what could have been a traumatic experience. Last night, after having it removed, we had our first night of good sleep since she got this thing in her eye, and you know I’m feeling grateful and going to tell all my friends!“

“This is an excellent office for PCP medical care. Dr. Bagha sees adult patients and Dr. Lacour sees children.Dr. Bagha is very polite, kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional yet personable. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I’m very natural-minded in my approach to healthcare, and she fully respected that. I felt very at ease and well-cared-for!Dr. Douglas Lacour was a delight! Intelligent, engaging, witty, and GREAT with kids!! He was so funny and fun! He MADE the R2D2 you’ll see pictured! And he made it for his office. ??He is INVESTED and it shows- from his medical knowledge, to his thorough care, to the decor and the treasure box (rewards for kids). I almost proposed to him!! (Just jokes! I mean simply: he’s THAT wonderful!) I had four of my blessings with him at once and the entire 1 1/2 hours with him was enjoyable for all of us! Being natural-minded, I TCB with herbs and oils and my natural knowledge at home, and avoid doctor’s offices like the plague. Now?? ??? I think I’ll be a little like: “Is anybody sick today?? Please??” ??Both doctors have great staff as well!! Truly friendly and gracious! Seriously! This a great place for healthcare!There is also a lab on site, which is super convenient! Tobias runs the lab and is a very nice man who is perfection when it comes to needles! No pain! ?Reiterating: it’s hard for holistic people to find supportive allopathic healthcare.
