I secured an appointment just one hour after making the call. The $45 service call fee was fair, and the technician thoroughly examined my computer for about 20 minutes. It turned out the hard drive was damaged, causing my computer to enter what the technician called a "Boot Loop." Fortunately, all my data was saved and transferred to a new hard drive. The price was lower than what other companies quoted, some of whom couldn't even schedule me for an appointment until three days later. The technician was knowledgeable and courteous.
