I've been seeing Dr Shao for 3-4 yrs. My whole family goes to her too. She and her staff are always so great at making sure my appt is swift but also comfortable. I never sit around waiting. They're professional but also fun - which I love! Dr Shao shows true care to me as a patient. She asks me constantly how I'm feeling, how my numbing is, and how my pain levels are doing, and she always follows thru to help me. Highly recommended!

I am extremely pleased with this dental office. Having been to quite a few dentists over the years, Dr. Kathy is clearly a cut above the norm. She takes pride in her work, loves what she does and is upbeat and personable. The office is comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly and competent. So far I've had three visits to this office and all have exceeded expectations. Today I had quite a bit of work done and I am very impressed with the results. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE …DR.Kathy & her entire staff are Amaxing!! Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional with great bedside manner. Also when Dr. Kathy gives out a referral…. USE IT. I went to see Dr.Mize… Unbelievable.. Ditto on everything I just said & For his office staff as well. So professional!!! I could get a root canal every week & just be very happy!! ??
