What strikes me most about Child and Family Eye Clinic is its staff. They are friendly, efficient and professional. The selection of glasses of good and I’m thrilled with my new pair, which arrived within a week of ordering. Their hours of operation and multiple locations make scheduling appointments and order pickup very easy too. I couldn’t recommend these guys more!
I had a glasses emergency!!! Mine broke when I fell asleep with them on while reading and I needed a new rx to get new glasses!!! They fit me in, (the same day I called, super lucky) and were so sweet and pleasant!!! The front desk girls were awesome and Dr Wagner was very professional and answered any questions I had! I was able to get my rx and new glasses!! 10/10 recommend them to anyone!!! I see reviews about not being able to show up late…..which SURPRISE is the way 99% of medical establishments are. They are wonderful :)
My family and I just made the switch to Child and Family Eye Care after being seen by a different practice for over 5 years. Our goal when switching was to find a practice that we could grow with and I'm confident in saying that we have found the very best! The ladies at the front are welcoming and kind, from the moment you walk in it's a super comfortable environment. Dr. LaSusa was extremely thorough, even bringing to my attention a situation with my daughter's eyes that the previous Doctor missed time and time again.
