I called and asked if there was any way to get an inspection done the same day my option period ended. They went out of their way and moved things around just to help me. Marlyn was amazing and understanding and got back to me right away. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explain everything thoroughly he gave me his professional opinion and told me how to resolve the issue the house had but overall gave me the green light and peace of mind. I would Definitely recommend them!!!!! Amazing service.

Jeff Burkman of Chanpions Engineering and Inspections is a true professional! Jeff is a man of his word and his work and analysis is excellent. He is thorough and will give you a experts "plan of action" to correct any issues you have. He has been doing this a long time and has seen it all. If you need a expert that is fair and knows his stuff, Jeff is your man. Highly recommend this expert!

Jeff is great. If you are a realtor you need Championship be Engineering on your team. Jeff will explain everything but not scare your buyers away. I highly recommend Jeff . He does a fantastic job.

Normally requested when foundation issues are in question or to determine a baseline elevations when house is new or when first purchased. An inspection of the foundation includes using an electronic manometer to measure and determine the elevation differentials of the slab. Once the elevations have been determined and calculated, the Professional Engineer will determine whether the slab is in need of repair or is functioning as intended. If the foundation is in need of repair, he will provide a drawing and recommendations for repair that can be presented to a foundation company for repairs to be performed. These reports will bear the Professional Engineering Seal.
