All of my questions were answered and Jenessa Young was very professional and knowledgeable. Your electronic appt setting and confirmation is having major problems. First set an appt. with me on a day that the office was closed and when I tried to confirm electronically, it said it could not find my appt. So I called to confirm that I was on the schedule this time. Then I get another electronic email to confirm my appt and when I clicked confirm, it once again indicated that it could not find me in the system?
