Today Mr Gerson literally saved my computer and me. Scammers installed a malicious app on my phone causing it to completely crash. In addition there was a real danger that they would get access to my phone. We couldn't delete the app. After spending several hours, Mr Gerson was able to remove the app. My messages, documents, pictures are saved.

An excellent experience with Gerson. My mother was desperate since she answered scammers call and installed malware that none of us could remove and her phone was completely controlled by the scammers. We brought it to ubreakifix store on 242. Gerson took time to try everything he could to avoid hard reset of the phone which would have erased all data. He spent hours to investigate different ways and finally found a way to remove malware without resetting the phone. We are very grateful and highly recommend this store and Gerson to anyone who needs technical assistance. Thank you!!!

Santiago was amazing! He fixed the phone and was finished by the allotted time. He was super friendly and efficient. The 1800 customer service associates (nothing to do with Santiago or this location) was absolutely horrible, a joke. I'm glad that this technician within the store was so awesome.
